There is a certain knowing that cOMes when one is still.  But I could say the reverse is true….there is certain stillness that cOMes with knowing.  To me, being still, is a reminder to meditate.  Even if it’s sOMething as simple as 10 minutes each day.  It’s a time to pause and practice one pointed focus.  It might be breath, the feeling in my body, or sounds around me.  With practice, you can even find stillness amidst the chaos.

The more I am still….the more I know who I am.
